Daniel Gordon

About Me

I currently work at Apple as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Maps 3D Vision team. Prior to that, I worked at Third Wave Automation, developing visual algorithms for autonomous forklifts and managing a team of 5+ engineers.
I completed my Ph.D. at the University of Washington on computer vision and machine learning, advised by Ali Farhadi and Dieter Fox.
I received my Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where I worked as an undergraduate researcher with Robert Pless.
